America’s Central Port has received funding to complete a Port-Wide Risk Mitigation Plan (the “Plan”) under the Department of Homeland Security’s Port Security Grant Program (PGSP). The Port will perform a qualifications-based selection to identify a consultant with expertise in maritime security regulations; port operations, with an emphasis on inland river ports; and conducting planning studies.
