Project Scope:

The purpose of this project is to enclose the existing warehouse and install new electrical infrastructure to support current operations and future expansion. The work includes constructing building enclosures, installing new electrical panels, running plastic conduit for lighting and ventilation systems, and providing provisions for future equipment tie-ins. All steel items shall be coated with a rust preventative.
