Project Scope:

This project seeks to improve rail efficiency and expand railcar capacity at the Municipal River Terminal in St. Louis, MO. The project scope will include extensive site grading, with new rail track and turnout construction. The work will also include removing existing tracks and turnouts, realigning existing tracks, installing new drainage, and installing at-grade road crossings.
