Project Name: P25-BLDG-09: Commercial Corner Development
Summary:
The Port is in possession of a 2.4-acre retail development site at the southwest corner of Illinois Route 3 and West 20th Street (Madison County Parcel ID 22-1-19- 14-00-000-004). The Site is uniquely situated due to its Route 3 frontage and adjacency to Madison County Transit’s Park and Ride Lot and the Confluence Trail of the MCT Bike Trail System. The average daily traffic on this portion of Route 3 ranges from 10,500 to 11,800 vehicles per day. To accomplish this goal, the Port is seeking a qualified real estate broker to secure a long-term land lease tenant for the site.
