Project Scope:
Improvements to Third Street from A Street to C Street. Reconstruction of the Third Street and A Street intersection, storm sewer drainage, and gutters; mill and overlay the existing bituminous surface. Improvements to the existing parking lot at 544 Niedringhaus Avenue. Replace damaged curb and gutter, pavement patching, and mill and overlay the existing bituminous surface.
