Project Scope:

This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials, including the purchase and installation of 39 new rooftop smoke vents, as well as the removal and disposal of 39 damaged smoke vents. The contractor is responsible for confirming all measurements and specifications of the new smoke vents, as well as any damage or leaks to the existing roof resulting from the construction work.
