Project Scope:

Project scope includes rehabilitation of railroad grade crossings at C & 4th Street, C & 3rd Street, and A&K-02. Work will consist of extensive tie replacement at all crossings. At C & 4th Street and C & 3rd Street, additional improvements will include subgrade modifications, replacement of grade and ballast rock, and full track replacement to restore track structure and crossing surface conditions.
