Project Scope:
This project consists of the demolition of a timber rail trestle, the construction of a new sheet pile dock wall with backfill, grading and drainage work, and minor rail track alignment work. A Project Labor Agreement will be required with the Southwestern Illinois Building Trades Council and the prime contractor, as well as conformance thereto for all subcontractors. A site visit is HIGHLY encouraged prior to submitting a bid proposal.
