Truck Staging and Calling Center

This construction project will develop a truck staging and calling lot servicing the Granite City Harbor in order to reduce improper queueing of trucks along West 20th Street and Route 3. The project is funded by a grant from the Illinois Department of Transportation.

This project is being advertised in the IDOT Local Public Agency Contractors Bulletin which publishes on 6/25/2026 and 7/2/2026. This bulletin can be accessed at https://idot.illinois.gov/procurement/procurement-opportunities/contractors-bulletin.html. Bids will be opened on July 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the ACP offices, 1635 West First Street, Granite City, Illinois 62040.  Plans and specifications can be obtained via email at RLaw@jaipc.com.
