Philip Sholl has been with America’s Central Port since September 2002 and is currently the Senior Project Manager. His primary responsibilities include overseeing and managing new construction and rehabilitation projects, including roads, rail, harbors, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and pump stations. Coordinates with contractors to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget. Manages project documentation, planning, and reporting while resolving critical site issues
