LaMyeia came to work for Americas Central Port District in 2014 with over 18 years of Real Estate experience. She manages the residential apartments and homes for lease on the Port's property, generating about 10% of the Port's total revenue. She is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of each property, lease administration, negotiations of leases, renewals and expansion, and tenant improvements.

LaMyeia is a member of the Greater Gateway Association of Realtors, NAR, Board Member of OAA, Former Foreign Missions President, and President of the Midwestern District Council Women’s Auxiliary.
