Judy Truskowski has over 35 years of bookkeeping and financial management experience. She joined the Port in 2005 as the Port’s Bookkeeper and was promoted to Assistant Finance Manager in 2012. In 2015, she assumed the position of Financial Manager. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations and general oversight of the Financial
Department, working closely with the Executive Director to set the Port’s Annual Operating Budget of over $9 million. Other duties include payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, residential housing income, employee benefits and human resources.
