Megan Dittman was named the Marketing Manager of America’s Central Port in 2013. Her duties include advertising, marketing, and educating others to continue the growth of ACP.
A lifelong resident of Granite City, IL, Megan received a Bachelors of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a minor in Communications.
Prior to her time at ACP, Megan was employed by the Granite City Park District for seven years. While at the Park she worked within the Concessions Department, with five of those years in a management position, as well as worked within the office administration to design the Park’s biannual publication. In 2011 Megan also became a member of the coaching staff at Paddler’s Swim Club in Granite City.
Community and philanthropic involvement has been a strong aspect in her life. Beginning at a very early age, Megan became involved strongly with the Community Care Center in Granite City. During her four years at U of I she was also the Philanthropy Chair to UIUC’s Club Disney- a student developed and ran organization that operated to raise over $3,000 to support children through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In the fall of 2013 she also served as a volunteer coach for the Granite City Girls Golf Team.
