America’s Central Port operates the only small business incubator in southwestern Illinois.
The River’s Edge Enterprise Center serves small companies and business startups, by providing a host of amenities to tenants that help keep overhead costs to a minimum:
- Office spaces of 150 sq. ft. (larger spaces available)
- Reduced rates for copying (including large-scale and color) and faxing
- Notary service available upon request
- Opportunity to network with other business startups
- Typing and postage services available for a fee
- Free use of conference rooms
Additionally, the small business incubator provides business counseling services to all tenants through its partnership with the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville School of Business’ Entrepreneurship Center. Staff of the Entrepreneurship Center offer weekly office hours in the incubator.
Attractive office suites are available for lease for as little as $5 per day.
