America’s Central Port offers over 1.5 million square feet of warehouse space in Granite City, IL, just minutes from downtown St. Louis, MO.  Warehouses are located within a secured industrial park setting within a 1,200-acre intermodal business campus.  The Port’s warehouse occupancy rate is currently 80% with several warehouse spaces available for lease.

Five 200,000+ square feet masonry warehouse buildings form the backbone of the Port’s warehouse district.  Each building is divided into 43,200 square foot warehouse suites with maximum clear ceiling heights of 24 feet.  These warehouses offer multiple dock-high loading doors and drive-in access ramps.  Warehouse spaces are rail-served, and warehouse suites contain a range of office and restroom sizes, arrangements, and finishes based on the needs of prior tenants.  Warehouses have fully operational sprinkler systems for fire protection and are secured and monitored by the Port’s professional security staff.

The business and industrial campus at America’s Central Port is adjacent to Illinois Route 3, a four-lane, limited-access highway that directly connects to the region’s interstate highway system: I-70 with access to downtown St. Louis and I-44 is 4 miles to the south and west over the McKinley Bridge, I-55/70/64 is 6 miles to the south, and I-270 with access to I-255 is 6 miles to the north.

Currently available warehouse space:

  • Warehouse 1 has 172,800 square feet of space available in four adjoining 43,200 square foot  suites.  Suites may be leased together or separately.
  • Warehouse 2 has two adjacent suites available for lease which offer up to 63,200 square feet.  Suite C offers 20,000 square feet and Suite D has 43,200 square feet available.
  • Warehouse 3, Suite A currently has 38,600 square feet of warehouse space for lease.

Additional available warehouse and storage space includes: metal open-sided sheds, closed sheds and mixed-use warehouse spaces from 1,000 square feet and up.  Small tracts of land are available for lease at a half-acre and up.  Other business campus amenities include a fitness center, daycare, local restaurant, and office space.
